Since our processes relate to the aircraft maintenance, the Aviation Authority defines the requirements of our Quality Management System. We use the framework outlined in EASA 145 and FAR 145 as the basis for our quality management system. An internal audit schedule is followed every year to ensure that all procedures, processes and practices comply with regulatory requirements as specified in the Management Manual.
