We presently employ 184 people at our modern high tech facility in Shannon, Co Clare and present challenging opportunities to technically qualified people. Our team based production environment is recognised by many of the leading engine overhaul shops in the aviation world. All employees undergo a rigorous training programme as part of their induction due to the importance of their work on the safe operation and long-term performance of the engines. The company has a policy to support employee development through our Continuous Improvement Programme, to learn and develop new skills, assume leadership roles and put ideas into practice.
